Our Aigburth 1 team kept up the pressure at the top of the league with a win at the expense of Aigburth 2, who still remain on zero points for the season.

Our 440 League Team lost again 3.5 - 0.5 to Hoylake and are yet to record a win in the competition. Keep plugging away lads.
Third Team defeat Prescot

The Third Team started the year with a good win against Prescot 2. Our new recruit Frank Barker won on top board and wins for Captain Bill and Alan Thomas helped them to a 4 - 2 victory.

The First Team started the new year as they left off the last with a nice win against Formby. Roger took full advantage of the white pieces to defeat Enayet Hossain on top board while Steve Gerrard recorded his first win for the First Team. Full details in the results section.
