TWO NARROW DEFEATS
It was a double header at the club on Wednesday with the First & Second Team both in action. Aigburth 1 faced Atticus 1 while Aigburth 2 entertained league leaders Widnes. Unfortunately both matches ended in 4.5-3.5 defeats for our teams, although the visitors both had to work hard for their victories. A couple of notable results results in the First team match, Roger's first loss in the MCA since we left the St Charles and Rob drawing with an opponent rated 40+ higher.
